Here's a great example of magnificent shortcuts, one that works for everyone,
and simultaneously boosts your health in several separate directions including immune system,

you'll probably keep more hair for longer than doing what you're doing now.

Do you brush your hair? Do you brush it at least once per day?
Are you the type to brush it out the full one hundred times per day commonly recommended?
If so, how many brushes do you use?     No, I mean, how many brushes do you use at one time?

If you're using one, that's foolish. It's bad for your body, for your general energy field, for actually several different facets of life, and takes you more than twice as long. That's right, twice as long. Why aren't you doing more than double in the same time with no interruption in whatever you're doing? In fact, you'll instantly find that you get much more accomplished.

Let's say you brush your hair the full one hundred times, going all the way.
